01Services the platform uses
These services process data on the platform’s behalf. Where a region is shown, that is where the data is held.
| Service | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, sign-in, and creative file storage | Frankfurt, Germany |
| Railway | The service that delivers ads and records displays | Amsterdam, Netherlands |
| Vercel | The agency panel and the overlay pages | Frankfurt, Germany |
| Twitch | Chat, stream status, and proof clips (clips are created on and hosted by Twitch) | — |
| Speech recognition | Transcribes a streamer's microphone audio while the voice page is open, so spoken trigger words can be detected | — |
02The speech service is different from the others
The hosted services above receive data from the platform. The speech service receives the streamer’s microphone audio from their own browser, and only while the voice page is open. Closing that page ends it.
This is why voice triggers require Chrome or Safari: the browser’s own speech recognition is what sends the audio, and other browsers either do not offer it or cannot reach the service behind it.
03Changes
Adding a sub-processor changes this page. Where the change is material it also publishes a new version of the terms.
